COVID-19 Information

To all of our valued current and future patients,

All of our communities have been so affected by the recent coronavirus pandemic, it is natural to have concerns and questions about the effect it will have on our daily lives. While routine activities will come with change, our commitment to our patients will always stayed the same.

One of the unfortunate side effects of quarantine is that while the world in many ways has come to a halt, untreated dental problems have not. Ignoring dental treatment can have severe consequences which we always aim to prevent. In order to ensure the safety of our patients, motions have been set forth to implement the following effective immediately:

1) We are among the first offices to adopt technology that will remove airborne, aerosolized water droplets and kill virtually all pathogens during procedures.

2) Maintain social distancing measures by staggering patient scheduling to allow one patient in the waiting room at a time and significantly reduce wait time.

3) The front desk will be handled remotely until further notice to limit physical encounters in office.

4) As always, maintain OSHA compliant hygiene protocol and continual disinfection of all touched surfaces. Therefore, we are requesting no patient wear gloves entering the office in order to prevent cross-contamination and keep our office sanitary. Hand sanitizer is available and to be used upon entry.

5) Healthy history questionnaire and contactless temperature monitoring in office.

6) Masks are to be worn upon entry and will only be removed during treatment.

We pride our practice on not only delivering high quality care, but adopting the latest technology in our profession as soon as it is available. These are just some of the measures we are taking and are subject to further steps. At this time we would request any adult patient to please come unaccompanied. For minors, one guardian must still be present and give consent to any treatment by law.

As we transition back to regular working hours, in conjunction with the latest data from our professional governing bodies, we are contacting our current patients with the best way to proceed. New patients may contact us to schedule an appointment. We urge you to continue following CDC guidelines to flatten the curve and help return to normalcy. We sincerely thank you for trusting us with your dental care. For further questions or to update any information please call our office at (201) 569-3555 or by sending us a message here.
